為什麼我寄到hotmail都會被退信呢?請各位高手給小弟指導一下

我自己有架mail 及dns server最近發現寄到hotmail的信都被退回來
而且我發現只要寄到msa.hinet.net的信在mail server上看log都會重覆寄好多次才成功這到底是為什麼呢?
請各位高手給小弟指導一下該怎麼解決
Hinet不是有一個反解的申請若我申請反解是否還要自己架DNS Server呢?
