請教 : 時常會有收不到從外面寄進來信件,對方收到退件訊息!!

現在公司使用 RaidenMAILD version 1909 file update 10 (2005/04/10) 商業版 都時常會發生 : 從外面的Mail寄進來信件,無法收到 .... 如 yahoo , giga , url ... 等
對方收到訊息是如下 :

Hi. This is the qmail-send program at yahoo.com.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following
addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

同樣一封信,另外一個帳號 ftenkg@fte.com.tw 就可以收到
又有同樣從 Yahoo 寄信到 ftenkg@fte.com.tw 和 jslin@fte.com.tw
這一次卻又變成是 ftenkg@fte.com.tw 收不到信 (一樣被退回信件)
訊息也同上訊息 :

本來是一直懷疑是否為 DNS 問題,
道理說 : 如果 DNS 出問題,應該都收不到才對 .
問題是為何有時後收得到,又有時候無法順利收到信件???

原因很簡單, 因為

因為小弟個人對 DNS MX 郵件交換記錄還不是很瞭解 ??
是否是 ... 在外部 DNS 的 MX 郵件交換記錄 設定又錯誤

fte.com.tw MX preference = 10, mail exchanger = fte.com.tw
fte.com.tw MX preference = 10, mail exchanger = mail.fte.com.tw
fte.com.tw internet address = 211.23.115.98
mail.fte.com.tw internet address = 211.23.115.99

是否為紅色那一行,需做更改
