為何會中斷傳送資料呢?

我有部分user反映寄信成功,但沒傳送到其他收件者手上.
寄的對象在同一個網域內.

那位用戶並未裝防毒軟體.
倒是我的server上有裝Symantec AntiVirus for SMTP Gateway.
我試試看改這裡好了!
因為是外地的用戶寄信到公司不成功.

新增[在郵件轉送的情形時, 在本伺服器需強迫檢查帳號有存在嗎] 於[伺服器設定]->
[網域設定]. 此選項對應的就是之前隱藏設定的 FORCECHECKUSER. 倘若您的伺服器有
Server 之間的轉送設定, 帳號的檢不檢查可由此設定.

這個功能在有架防毒如antivirus for SMTP Gateway要關閉!

否則會瘋狂收到CONNECT ＦＡＩＬＵＲＥ
的紀錄信。
預設功能更新後是打開的!

我也發生類似的情形「中斷傳送資料」，目前有兩位使用者。

有一使用者是用「FOXMAIL」發信會被中斷，但用「Outlook Express」就沒問題。而另一個使用者用「Outlook Express」則會被中斷。

我把防毒軟體關掉，也一樣。有附加大的檔案才會。但我用其他的帳號測試，並沒有這個問題。

最後我把這兩位使用者的「SMTP AUTH / WEB VIP」打開。這樣寄信就沒有問題了。為什麼呢？
